Cancellation Of Orders:

We regret to inform that any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted. If the item delivered is the correct item ordered and is not defective, it will not be considered for a refund.

We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

All fees paid to DEEGITS Technology Limited are non-refundable.

  • Once a fee has been paid, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • This policy applies to all fees, including but not limited to, registration fees, application fees, tuition fees, and any other fees charged by DEEGITS Technology Limited.
  • By making a payment to DEEGITS Technology Limited, the client or customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
  • In the event that DEEGITS Technology Limited is unable to provide the services for which the fee was paid, the client or customer may be eligible for a credit towards future services, but no cash refund will be issued.
  • If DEEGITS Technology Limited determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund is warranted due to exceptional circumstances, it may issue a refund at its discretion. Such refund shall be subject to a processing fee, and the amount refunded shall be determined by DEEGITS Technology Limited.

How Will I Be Refunded?

If you made a secured purchase online using our secured payment gateway on www.deegits.com website, the refund will be made in full to your online banking account within 14 working days and is subject to DEEGITS Technology Limited’s approval of the said refund.
